Why I Only Mentor a Small Number of Students
My mentorship model requires deep involvement—weekly one-to-one sessions, daily check-ins, performance analysis, monthly reports, university guidance, and high-accountability structures. This level of detail simply isn’t possible with a large roster.
To deliver exceptional results, I work extensively with only 4–5 students each year—ensuring each receives my full attention and the highest standard of academic mentorship.

Meet Dave Bell
Dave Bell is a Cambridge-educated academic mentor specialising in 16–18 year old students studying both Maths and Economics across A-Level, IB, and international equivalents. His mentorship philosophy is shaped by discipline, psychology-driven learning systems, and personalised performance coaching rather than traditional hourly tuition.
He created the Elite Academic Mentorship Programme to transform a small, highly committed roster of students and guide them towards exceptional results and competitive university pathways, including Oxbridge and Ivy League ambitions.
